The location was excellent. It was right across the street from the train station (very convenient for my travels!). There were also many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel reception approved a complimentary one-hour extension for my checkout, which i VERY appreciated. Every staff member was helpful, from the front desk to the concierge, with any questions i had about dinner options, tours, and transportation.
I tried to check in, but my room wasn't available at the time. I understand this can happen, BUT it was a bit inconvenient.

I had some issues . The room felt designed for a SINGLE male, not a couple. There was no dressing table or mirror near a socket, except in the bathroom. this was frustrating.

I found the location amazing. It's REALLY close to the main train station and tram lines. This made getting around super easy. The breakfast selection had many options and the beds were very comfortable.
The check-in process was slightly slow. There was only one receptionist available when I arrived.

The location was convenient (right near the train station). I easily walked to many attractions. The room was dark and quiet at night. This helped me sleep well.
The room seemed somewhat dated. The closet door actually fell off its hinges when i first entered the room. I also noticed the room did not quite resemble the pictures advertised online.
