excellent location helpful staff multiple channels
The location was excellent, very close to the train station, this made travel easy. the staff was friendly and helpful in directing me. my room included a tv with multiple channels. I found that entertaining.
the elevator music was slightly repetitive.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The location was excellent. It was right across the street from the train station (very convenient for my travels!). There were also many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel reception approved a complimentary one-hour extension for my checkout, which i VERY appreciated. Every staff member was helpful, from the front desk to the concierge, with any questions i had about dinner options, tours, and transportation.
I tried to check in, but my room wasn't available at the time. I understand this can happen, BUT it was a bit inconvenient.

The staff provided excellent support concerning tours and transportation options, and always promptly answered questions at the front desk. A complimentary one-hour extension for the checkout was also a GREAT gesture.

The Superior King Room was VERY comfortable and well-kept. The beds feature high-quality linens, and the climate control system allows for easy temperature adjustment to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the YEAR.

single male design missing dressing table
The location was very central, and the hotel was modern.
I had some issues . The room felt designed for a SINGLE male, not a couple. There was no dressing table or mirror near a socket, except in the bathroom. this was frustrating.

Central and Convenient!
fantastic location comfortable beds good breakfast
I found the location amazing. It's REALLY close to the main train station and tram lines. This made getting around super easy. The breakfast selection had many options and the beds were very comfortable.
The check-in process was slightly slow. There was only one receptionist available when I arrived.

dirty surfaces missing water
The room I booked should have been a superior King with a view. Nobody told me about this beforehand. The room surfaces were dirty and there was no complimentary water. I would expect these things for the price per night

Adequate experience.
great location quiet room dated room broken door
The location was convenient (right near the train station). I easily walked to many attractions. The room was dark and quiet at night. This helped me sleep well.
The room seemed somewhat dated. The closet door actually fell off its hinges when i first entered the room. I also noticed the room did not quite resemble the pictures advertised online.
